This role is part of the Technology _VOIS Project Management Team, envisioned to support project managers leading large, cross-functional projects. The PMO Specialist will leverage solid knowledge of project management methodologies (plan-driven, hybrid, agile) to manage scope, time, costs, quality, stakeholders, roadmaps, progress, communication, or risks, among others. The PMO Specialist will support the Project Lead by handling formal and standardized recurring tasks and also report (dotted line) to the Project Lead.
- Establish and maintain a collaborative project environment to facilitate effective communication and information exchange
- Manage structured documentation and maintain the project repository with e.g. open items, decision logs, risks, etc.
- Handle tasks in alignment with the Project Manager, including drafting meeting minutes, preparing status reports, provide budget overviews, track orders & fulfillments, consolidate estimations
- Basic project management experience
- Strong understanding and application of best practice project management methodologies
- Learn & apply VF standards + tools for project governance & management, e.g. PPM, EVO-SAP, Fieldglass, ReqPro
