Role Objectives:
As a Technology Operations Manager, you lead the team responsible for managing the Breadfast app's product catalog, ensuring system stability and compliance. You oversee UAT, align catalog updates with stakeholders, handle B2B invoicing, and ensure timely resolution of ticketing requests. By addressing user feedback and refining processes, you enhance functionality and user experience while driving team growth through hiring, development plans, and performance KPIs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the operations team responsible for configuring and maintaining the Breadfast app's product catalog.
Oversee the hiring process, set development plans, and define performance KPIs for the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams, to ensure seamless alignment on catalog updates.
Ensure the team adheres to data integrity standards and complies with Breadfast's security policies.
Monitor and ensure timely handling of requests received via the ticketing system, maintaining compliance with SLA standards.
Manage the issuance of monthly invoices for B2B partners and upload them to the ETA portal.
Assess the impact of newly released features on the overall system to ensure compatibility and resolve any potential conflicts.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for internal tools and portals used by the team.
Address user feedback to refine and enhance system functionality and overall user experience.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields or any related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
Strong people management skills and proven experience in leading a team
Results-driven with a focus on data-informed decision-making.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
