Talent 360 is now looking for a talented Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!
Job Role:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, particularly for technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
- Determine selection criteria specific to technical roles, including technical skills and cultural fit.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech forums).
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and portfolios.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events focused on tech talent.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's technical requirements and competencies.
- Lead employer branding initiatives targeted at attracting top tech talent.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates in the tech field.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including technical screenings, coding assessments, and in-person interviews tailored to tech roles.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English; additional proficiency in tech-related terminology is a plus.
- +1 year of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech industry, including current trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers in technical discussions.
Work Condition:
* From Sunday to Thursday
* Friday & Saturday are OFF
* From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
