Technical Senior Engineer

·Preparing the arch drawings time schedule and co-ordinate with the project manager..

·Preparing the arch drawings and the details.

·Follow up with the design office at every design stage to be sure that the design criteria, optimization of design and the final bill of quantity will fall within the project budget. Drawings to be checked prior to issuing it to client for approval.

·Co-ordinate with other concerned department to be sure that co-ordination with other activities has been taken into consideration e.g. indoor lighting, fire detection, cable trenches, openings, HVAC, outdoor lighting, lighting pole foundations….etc.

·Regular site visits (if needed) to check and report work progress.

• Conducting visits either to consultant or client where applicable for clarifications and expediting the approvals.
• Develop and create 3D models and renders of architectural designs.
• Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure that all designs and drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and oversee the drafting and modeling process, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
