- Manage and oversee the VPN whitelisting process to ensure secure and compliant network access to our enterprise customers.
- Handle coverage complaints from the NTRA and external affairs stakeholders, working closely with technology teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee the installation of coverage enhancement equipment to improve network performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate ongoing security projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the NTRA to manage crisis and disaster situations, ensuring effective business continuity planning (BCP).
• VPN Whitelisting Management: Ensure secure and compliant network access for our enterprise customers by managing the VPN whitelisting process with NTRA and security entities, facilitating seamless and secure connectivity.
• Coverage Complaints Resolution: Address and resolve coverage complaints from the NTRA and external affairs stakeholders, collaborating with technology teams to provide swift and effective solutions.
• Coverage Enhancement Implementation: Oversee the installation of coverage enhancement equipment, driving improvements in network performance and customer satisfaction.
• Security Project Management: Coordinate and manage ongoing security projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bolstering network security.
• Crisis and Disaster Management: Collaborate with the NTRA to manage crisis and disaster situations, ensuring robust business continuity planning (BCP).
Decision Ownership:
• VPN Whitelisting Decisions: Make informed decisions regarding the approval and management of VPN whitelisting requests for enterprise customers, ensuring secure and efficient network access.
• Complaint Resolution Strategies: Develop and implement innovative strategies for resolving coverage complaints, leveraging collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Equipment Installation Plans: Decide on strategic installation plans for coverage enhancement equipment, optimizing network performance and expanding coverage.
• Crisis Management Actions: Make critical decisions related to crisis and disaster management in coordination with the NTRA, ensuring effective business continuity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities and decisions align with NTRA regulations and Vodafone Egypt’s policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of organizational regulatory role and objectives
• Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• A proven record of managing partners and accounts.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• BSc of Engineering/telecommunication
• Minimum of 2 years of telecom industry experience, technical knowledge is a must.
• Excellent Relationship/ account management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of Telecom technologies
• Advanced PC skills (Ms office)
• Ability to work/manage cross functional tasks and projects
• Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
