By providing tailored hubs to suit its clients needs, Octopus gives companies all the advantages of remote work and offshoring without all the negatives.As a seasoned TPM, with 5+ years of experience, you will take ownership of managing multiple technical AI and machine learning projects across diverse geographies, including the U.S. and the GCC region. Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams and customers, you will be responsible for defining project deliverables, breaking them into actionable tasks, assigning ownership, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery. Your role will be pivotal in aligning the customer’s requirements with the technical team’s execution and maintaining seamless communication across stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Collaborate with customers and technical teams to define deliverables, user stories, and timelines. Task Management: Break down project requirements into manageable tasks and assign ownership within the technical team. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating clear and timely communication between internal and external stakeholders. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, ensure timely execution, and report updates to leadership and customers. Problem Solving: Identify potential roadblocks and work proactively with technical teams to address them. Process Improvement: Champion best practices in project management, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of all projects.
