Location: Maadi,Cairo.
Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a telecom
background to join our team. The TPM will interact closely with the PMs, Deployment, Support,
and R&D teams, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary technical liaison within the company for customer projects.
• Understand and translate customer technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with the Deployment team to ensure successful implementation of
solutions.
• Lead or collaborate in customer acceptance testing sessions
• Attend customer technical meetings as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide exceptional communication and support to internal stakeholders.
Key Skills:
• Strong technical background in telecom, with a general understanding of telecom
systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in technical documentation.
• Ability to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory.
• He may also required to attend a customer meeting (remote or F2F)
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a similar position or related technical field. Preferably ex-telecom company experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in project management and deployment of technical solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to Europe as required
