Elite Construction is hiring for the following position“Technical Office MEP Team leader”About Our Client:Elite is a leading construction company in Egypt.We specialize in a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial.We are committed to bringing innovative solutions and exceptional service to the construction industry.We have a team of experienced and qualified engineers, architects, and construction workers who are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of work.Responsibilities:Allocate tasks and oversee the performance of MEP engineers to ensure efficient operation.Develop detailed MEP designs with a focus on integrating waste management systems into project plans.Review and validate technical drawings, schematics, and calculations for accuracy and compliance with standards.Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments for MEP installations in new projectsCollaborate with architectural and BIM teams to ensure MEP designs align with overall project objectives.Provide technical support during installation and construction phases for MEP components.Resolve on-site MEP issues by offering prompt and effective solutions.Identify resource needs for MEP tasks and communicate them to the Technical Office Manager.Maintain an updated log of all MEP tasks, challenges, and solutions implementedQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - 5-7 years of experience in MEP design-Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Solid Works, CATIA, Inventor, etc.)..- Familiarity with the Saudi market.- Knowledge of local and international design standards and codes.- Willingness to travel to both KSA and other countries as required for business needsWork Conditions :From 9 AM till 5 PMWork Location: 1st Settlement New Cairo 2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )
