Elite Construction is hiring for the following position“Technical Office BIM Team leader” About our client:Elite is a leading construction company in Egypt.We specialize in a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial.We are committed to bringing innovative solutions and exceptional service to the construction industry.We have a team of experienced and qualified engineers, architects, and construction workers who are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of work.Responsibilities:Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and workflows.Coordinate BIM processes across architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure alignment.Lead the setup and management of BIM environments for projects.Monitor and enforce adherence to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to Senior and Junior BIM EngineersSupervise the creation of detailed 3D models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Perform quality checks on BIM models, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet project needs.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in (Civil-Arch) Engineering - 6-8 years of experience in BIM process-Proven experience in integrating complex systems.- Advanced proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD- Familiarity with the Saudi market.- Strong understanding of BIM processes and tools.- Willingness to travel to both KSA and other countries as required for business needsWork Conditions :From 9 AM till 5 PMWork Location: 1st Settlement New Cairo 2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )
