Elite Construction is hiring for the following position“Technical Office Arch Team leader” About our client:Elite is a leading construction company in Egypt.We specialize in a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial. We are committed to bringing innovative solutions and exceptional service to the construction industry.We have a team of experienced and qualified engineers, architects, and construction workers who are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of work.Responsibilities:-Prepare detailed architectural drawings and layouts incorporating waste management systems and other trends.-Act as the primary point of contact between the architectural team and other disciplines (e.g., MEP, BIM)-Coordinate with contractors and consultants to gather and validate architectural information.-Conduct initial quality checks on architectural deliverables to ensure precision and adherence to requirements.-Oversee the use of software and tools, ensuring all resources are effectively utilized.-Assist in identifying resource requirements for architectural tasks.-Support the team in resolving design issues during the construction phaseQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Arch Engineering - 5-8 years of experience in architectural design-Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds MAX, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.).- Familiarity with the Saudi market.- Knowledge of local and international design standards and codes.- Willingness to travel to both KSA and other countries as required for business needsWork Conditions :From 9 AM till 5 PMWork Location: 1st Settlement New Cairo 2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )
