We are seeking a Technical Integrator DevOps to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves participating in the delivery (BUILD phase) and operations (RUN phase) of company solutions to end customers within the DevOps Team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, R&D, and other DevOps members to ensure successful mission outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network: Understanding of IPv4 protocol, including network sizing, broadcast concepts, and default gateway configuration. Ability to set up static routes and manage packet routing effectively.
- SQL Language: Proficient in writing SQL queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE), performing table joins, and applying filters to retrieve relevant data.
- Apache and other webservers: Familiarity with Apache virtual host configurations, capable of setting up basic proxy configurations, and understanding Directory/Location directives.
- SSL Certificates: Experience in configuring SSL certificates, distinguishing between Basic and Mutual authentication methods.
- Unix systems: Proficient in basic Linux operations with a minimum of 1 year hands-on experience. Must have strong command over essential Linux commands (e.g., ps, netstat, rsync, netcat, umask).
- Scripting: Proficiency in shell scripting or Python or Perl, capable of comprehending and modifying basic scripts for automating Linux tasks.
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
