As part of our team you will plan and oversee projects such as Windows Migration, new implementation and IT Projects. You will report to your Line Manager


Responsibilities


  • Communicate with your team to understand their requirements
  • Develop and analyze functional specifications
  • Gather feedback from end-users about system performance
  • Provide advice, technical training, guidance and extended support to the current t10 Resources
  • Stay informed about technology trends and developments
  • Assign Site tickets to the teams and keeping track of the needed Hardware and software inventory.
  • Attend to break/fix engagements by situation management for technology related issues received from both internal and external clients.

Requirements


  • 2+ years to similar position
  • CCNA, MCSA, SCCM, BigFix certifications
  • Analytical skills
  • Previous experience in a call center
