Role Overview: As a Tech HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with our technology team to align HR strategies with business objectives. Your role will focus on providing tech hiring ,strategic guidance, driving employee engagement, and ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with tech team to understand their business needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
+ Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, career development, and team dynamics.
+ Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business goals.
+ Analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
+ Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within tech teams.
+ Lead employee engagement initiatives and work on improving team morale and retention.
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies while adapting practices to meet the unique needs of tech employees.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting tech teams. Strong understanding of the tech industry and the dynamics of tech roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Proven experience with workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design. Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions.
