Ownership in driving process alignment and creation of workarounds
Achieve our targets by driving the team’s mindset towards the company’s values and strategy
Regular coachings to the team to deliver world-class experience to our customers and riders
Managing conflicts and negative behaviours in a constructive way
Ensure maximum support to logistics teams in all countries and process alignment and improvement
Finding ad-hoc solutions when it comes to the handling of business critical situations (force majeure, shortage of drivers, technical issues, etc.)

What Do We Request?
Minimum 9 months work experience in the Dispatch team.
Advanced MS Excel Skills & Google apps.
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Excellent command of written and spoken English Language
