The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a vital role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to meet organizational hiring needs. This role involves leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and collaborating with recruitment teams to support effective hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive networker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms.


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Use creative sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, to locate passive candidates.
  • Present qualified candidates to the recruitment team for further evaluation.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Provide insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by sharing compelling content and engaging with candidates on social platforms.
  • Analyze sourcing data to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


We are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with global sourcing strategies and cultural considerations.
