Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position NOK Human Capital as an employer of choice.
Manage content creation for career pages, social media, and employer review platforms.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and engaging employer brand message.
Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing strategies.
Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
Participate in industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to attract top professionals.
Who Were Looking For
1-2 years in employer branding, talent sourcing at recruitment agencies. Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies, social media, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.). Exceptional storytelling and engagement skills to attract top talent. Ability to analyze talent trends and optimize sourcing approaches. A passion for creating compelling employer brand content and campaigns. Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive sourcing mindset.
