As a Talent Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving impactful learning and development initiatives. Your role is critical in enhancing our employees' skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive learning programs, workshops, and training materials aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that empower employees to excel in their roles.
Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and design targeted development plans.
Assist in creating career frameworks and pathways that encourage upward mobility and skill enhancement.
Establish and manage mentorship initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and personal growth.
Utilize learning management systems and digital tools to streamline training and development processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent development to enhance our programs.
2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Talent Development Professional, with insights from similar tech companies.
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and workshops.
Strong discipline and goal-driven mindset.
Inherent motivation to excel in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, especially in documentation.
Positive and collaborative attitude embracing change and diversity.
CIPD certification is a plus.
