Talent 360 is now hiring Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Role: • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs• Determine selection criteria• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements• Lead employer branding initiatives• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsJob Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related filed• Excellent in English• +1 year of experience• Excellent communication skillsWork Condition:• From Sunday to Thursday• Friday & Saturday are OFF• From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM• Locations Available: New Cairo , Zamalek , Nasr City , Masr El gdida, 6th of octoberPackage :• Social Insurance• Medical Insurance• L&D Program• Quarter Incentives
