Job Description:



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in white-collar recruitment to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding professionals across various corporate functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for white-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions that align with business needs. Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and hiring updates. Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and industry professionals. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:



1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in hiring for white-collar roles. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools is preferred. Prior experience in industries such as corporate services, IT, finance, or professional services is a plus.
