This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Cairo, Egypt with Signify.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll be responsible for you are responsible to ensure sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels. You are responsible for building and communicating an attractive employee value proposition for all prospective candidates. You are responsible for organizing Talent recruitment events.

• You´ll be focused on providing and managing the full spectrum of talent acquisition services for all partners and responsible for driving best practices within the recruiting space.
• You’ll be responsible to ensure sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels.
• You are responsible for building and communicating an attractive employee value proposition for all prospective candidates.
• Talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing and negotiation
• You are responsible for organizing Talent recruitment events within your specific region
• Recruitment KPIs management (TTF, Hiring Manager and Candidate NPS, etc)
• Internal Stakeholder Management and advisory on Talent Acquisition Process and Procedures

More about you

• Bachelor’s degree valuable but not required or 3-5 years of experience
• Alternatively, business or HR experience within a relevant industry with a strong affinity with recruitment processes
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the potential to grow consulting skills.
• Significant experience in fast-paced and highly confidential environment that requires juggling multiple priorities
• Current knowledge of HRIS systems such as Linkedin Recruiter, Workday, Paradox or other similar systems
• Fluent in English required and Arabic or local European Languages is highly valued
