Job Description
Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Review resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for our automotive roles. Conduct engaging phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. Maintain clear, consistent, and positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Collaborate in developing and promoting our employer brand to attract high-quality talent, showcasing our innovative automotive culture. Creatively craft and publish compelling job advertisements on various job portals to reach a wide audience. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements, providing expert guidance. Prepare and present insightful recruitment reports and analytics to management, highlighting key metrics and trends. Develop and manage performance management frameworks, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms, to ensure continuous improvement.
Minimum 2 Years of experience in HR field
BA in any related field
Proficiency in English language is a must Strong communication skills
