Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist

What will you do?

•      Review resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for our automotive roles.
•      Conduct engaging phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
•       Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
•       Maintain clear, consistent, and positive   communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
•      Collaborate in developing and promoting our employer brand to attract high-quality talent, showcasing our innovative automotive culture.
•      Creatively craft and publish compelling job advertisements on various job portals to reach a wide audience.
•      Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements, providing expert guidance.
•      Prepare and present insightful recruitment reports and analytics to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
•      Develop and manage performance management frameworks, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms, to ensure continuous improvement.

• What will you need?

•      Minimum 2 Years of experience in HR field

•      BA in any related field

•      Proficiency in English language is a must
•      Strong communication skills
