What We Look For


We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical functions. As a key contributor to our recruitment efforts, you will take charge of the full hiring process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding successful candidates. Your role will also involve optimizing recruitment processes, leveraging sourcing tools, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for both technical (e.g., IT, Engineering, Product) and non-technical (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) positions.
  • Utilize job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define role qualifications, and align on hiring strategies.
  • Provide guidance for hiring managers on interview techniques and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in career fairs, networking events, and social media recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications & Work Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant degree.
  • 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
