Role Purpose
This Talent Acquisition role is a Country role where the incumbent is to work with HR stakeholders to deliver the global resourcing propositions into their Business. The Role Holder is responsible for supporting the Lines of Business (LoBs) assigned to them with the best recruits at the right time and in the most efficient way. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, they will also take part in branding HSBC Bank Egypt as an Employer of Choice to the external market and reinforce that message to all internal employees. They run the End-2-End Recruitment Process, explore new sourcing channels, ensure the hiring managers are always presented a high quality of candidates and build a strong relationship with the Business, HR Advisors and all other stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the compliance with the AB&C process, the Global SLAs and targets as well as compliance of all staff files in terms of SLAs and accuracy.
