About the Internship: Talent Acquisition Internship Program offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our People & Culture team, learning the fundamentals of recruitment while contributing to real hiring initiatives.
What You will Gain:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks. Support in implementing sourcing techniques to attract top talent and build strong candidate pipelines. Maintain and organize recruitment databases, including CVs, interview notes, and tracking records. Engage with applicants and candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships. Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives and employer branding activities.
Fresh graduates or students majoring in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
