The Job in a Nutshell💡


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process by providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to building a strong and talented workforce.


What Will You Do❓


Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.


Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining clear communication.


Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.


ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data on candidate status and progress.


Job Advertisements: Draft, edit, and post job descriptions on career portals, job boards, and social media platforms.


Reporting & Metrics: Generate and maintain reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity.


Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events such as job fairs, career days, and open houses.


Document Preparation: Prepare offer letters, recruitment reports, and other necessary documentation as required.


Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and HR teams to improve hiring strategies and streamline processes.


Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and employment laws.


What Are We Looking For❓


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
