What you'll do

• Accountable for securing business continuity by ensuring product availability, while maintaining inventory efficiency
• Optimize stock levels to prevent material losses, reduce logistics cost, and maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Responsible for short/ medium term forecasting, improving forecast accuracy and bias
• Lead the replenishment of products within the category in all Fulfilment Points through replenishment order calculations
• Provide regular visibility to key stakeholders on any risks in availability or opportunities for growth with cross functional teams
• Continuously improve and optimize the end-to-end supply cycle, analyze data/ processes to determine root cause of issues within process and drive action plans and projects.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in demand & supply planning in FMCG or retail business
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge on supply chain planning
• Team player
• Self-motivation and high level of accountability to function in dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
