To lead and optimize the supply chain operation for NAWY <> ROA venture, encompassing planning, procurement, logistics and warehouse management.
The role is pivotal to ensuring operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of services to support the business growth and profitability.
Key Accountabilities:
Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-efficiency, quality standards, and supplier performance.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Implement best practices in sourcing and contract management.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies, addressing the fluctuating demand and project-based nature of operations.
Collaborate with the construction management team, contractors, and stakeholders to forecast material and resource needs for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Establish and maintain a master procurement and delivery schedule aligned with project milestones and deadlines.
Mitigate risks by planning for contingencies, alternative suppliers, and buffer inventories to handle project delays or material shortages.
