Job Description
OverviewSupport Prolink system adoption and adhenrance to the iSCP planning processes and the cadence, covering, Supply & Distribuion Planning, Materials Requirements Planning.
Responsible for monitoring KPI’s, Supporting markets, System housekeeping periodic reporting
Monitoring trends, and escalate for support when required.
Supply and Distribution Planning: ensures the effective process adherence of the ISCP Supply Planning process covering distribution and transport planning. Acts as the process expert and the primary point of contact for the Key Users community of the countries using the Prolink solution, providing day to day support, managing periodical training and trubelshooting issues raised by the planners
Materials Requirements Planning: ensures the ISCP solution delivers raw material plans which ensure ontime deliver of materials for the 22 production sites covered by the ISCP scope and long term materials forecasts are provided to the Bern Central Planning team.
Responsibilities
As part of the CoE ensure business processes are delivering results as expected and challenge, update as required to ensure an effective end to end planning Ensures the JDA Supply Planning processes provides a robust input to the IBP process Partner with the Key Users to develop their teams on system and process use Accountable for all JDA ESP supply planning process documentation and training materials Supports the Key User Capability Network through targeted training and capability development Escalation of topics to improve system and process adoption
Qualifications
1-3 Years experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning processes Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes with relevant experience in multiple functional areas (SP, MRP, DRP) Ability to assess a process and determine the corrective actions required to improve results Able to engage with stakeholders and collaborately remotely Expertise in application of JDA ESP or similar to deliver business objectives (preferably) Ability to work independently across multiple geographies & fluent in English Proactively shares information, best practices, and ideas with others throughout PepsiCo
