Job Description
OverviewResponsible for monitoring master data health and identifying and executing corrective actions, working hand in hand with GCC Hub and Market Team. Monitor and maintain optimal planning parameters in planning systems. Liaise with Market and GBS planners to ensure inputs required to maintain master data are received on time. Responsible for
updating and creating any new reports that are requested, working hand in hand with GCC Hub and the market. Ensure reports are created
in line with requirements and
delivered on time This role will be recruited GCC as of 2023 and as such there will be a level of initial ambiguity in activity as the processes are adopted across during transition. It is expected that the role will therefore require an initial flexibility of approach as processes are primarily fixed tnen shifted and improved over following strategy cycles.
Responsibilities
Planning Master data creation and maintenance Set up and maintain static and dynamic master data required to create plans (proven capacities, line speeds, lead time, etc) Attention to detail to query any deviation of lack of clarity in data change requests from end users Follow data rules and data template user instructions Ensure effective and prompt communication with data change/update requester to ensure service level Track and periodically report performance management on data requests that will enable continuous improvement in data quality Parameter Optimization: Monitor and maintain optimal planning parameters in planning systems, and identify when parameters need review Reporting activities: Dashboard adaption and dashboard refresh in the required frequency (Demand Planning Dashboard, Atlas, Weekly Service Report, etc) Design and creation of new reports based on L1 and L2 requirements Extraction of relevant data to conduct ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred) Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable) 0 to 1 years experience in supply chain preferably planning. Master data processing and execution experience Time Management Attention to details Data Analytics ERP (SAP, Oracle) JDA
