Role Overview: The Supply Chain Manager at SRV will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves managing procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. Will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes. A focus on cost management, quality control, and process improvement will be key. Responsibilities:
Effectively manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain process, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of materials, minimizing waste and maximizing cost-efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, securing favorable terms and pricing.
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the handling and storage of materials.
Coordinate the flow of goods, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless operations at the facility.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Lead the planning and forecasting of supply needs, ensuring alignment with facility management requirements.
Implement best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in supply chain management or logistics, preferably within facility management or a related industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to supply chain management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
