Job Purpose:
Lead the development and execution of postpaid segment strategies to maximize customer value, drive market share, and enhance customer retention. Manage postpaid portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement postpaid segment strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and ARPU growth. Analyze customer behavior, revenue trends, and market dynamics to optimize pricing, offers, and value propositions. Design and execute targeted campaigns and loyalty programs to increase engagement and minimize churn. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Digital, Customer Experience) to ensure seamless execution of segment initiatives. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation. Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking segment KPIs and presenting insights to management. Ensure the effective rollout of postpaid segment offers, aligning with commercial priorities and customer needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, segment management, in Telecom Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience in customer segmentation, campaign management, or pricing strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
