Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Super Market Sales supervisor 

What will you do?

•     Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
•    Weekly planning and assignment of responsibilities
•     Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Super Market.
•     Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
•     Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and agreements to drive sales and profitability.
•     Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth..
•     Ensures that accurate and updated customer records are maintained
•     Monitors customer payments, ensuring that all accounts are settled in accordance to the agreed terms and conditions, on a regular basis
•     Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports highlighting sales analysis
•     Carries responsibility for building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers in the market

•    Ensures that reporting systems are fully implemented by the sales force and reports are provided to the management on time
