Could you be the full-time Subsystems Project Controls Manager in Egypt we’re looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing, leading and coordinating the Sub-Systems Project controls scope (Planning, Cost / change controls, PMO and reporting) within the Sub-Systems structure
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementation of the Sub-Systems project controls procedures, process in light of the department objectives and strategy
- Support the Sub-Systems project controls team in Performing their duties thought technical guidance and priorities assignment.
- Coordinate and represent the Subsystems Project controls team in interface with various functions.
- Ensuring the timely and quality issuance of team deliverables.
- Responsible for the Subsystems PC teams development and learning
- Responsible for coordination and interface with other Project controls functions (Planning, Cost/ change controls and PMO)
- Responsible for consolidating outputs and deliverables from Sub-System PC team
- Interface with Subcontractors for escalations and support
- Responsible for developing a set of KPIs and tracking tools and ensuring subsystem work is progressing thru the project life cycle including escalations when needed
Requirements
- 12 to 20 years of Experience (Transportation projects experience is a plus)
- Project Management, Planning and Scheduling Skills is a must. (Project Controls experience is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good Knowledge of presentation and reporting skills.
- Team Player with Good presentation and leadership skills
- Experience in MS Power BI and TILOS is a plus.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- PMP or Planning Certificates such as PMI-SP or PSP are a plus
- Fluent in English language.
