Strategy PMO Tech Lead

• Manages Strategic Projects with External Entities + Group + VFE
• Manage Programs across different functions within Vodafone Egypt
• Report on strategic programmes identified as Key for Vodafone Strategy
• Drive the execution of cross functional company-wide projects by proposing and managing governance structure to ensure effective business decision making of the business
• Ensure effective programme management process is in place to track progress of major change programmes by set and agreed KPI’s.
• Manage strategic partnerships, merger, acquisition, joint venture & due Diligence opportunities
• Assist on projects as needed and end-to-end management depending on requirement.

• Good strategic insights and program management experience in highly sophisticated cross functional environment.
• Strong communication skills dealing with Management and External entities
• Excellent Presentation skills.
• Attention to details, ability to spot gaps, work under pressure
• Leadership skill with strong drive being able to work cross functionally 
• Ability to work in multitasks under pressure.
• Self-motivated with ambitious initiatives.
• Decision Maker.

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•Solid, relevant years of experience •Management consulting, Program management & planning is preferable
•Strong communication and influencing skills, credible at chairing and able to build cross functional partnerships   
•Excellent problem solving skills with demonstrable ability to manage ambiguity and simplify complex situations
