As a Strategy and Planning Analyst you will be responsible for preparing financial presentations, managing stakeholder communications, conducting industry analysis, and supporting ongoing projects. What You'll Do!
Lead origination of business development initiatives through conducting relevant industry analysis and macroeconomic research, including market screening of peers M&A deals, extraction of market-based multiples, and gathering of market intelligence data.
Assist the Strategy and Planning function in managing deliverables of ongoing projects throughout the end-to-end processes with effective coordination with internal & external stakeholders including peers, shareholders, legal counsels & regulatory bodies.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual decks for different purposes; board presentations, lenders’ performance review & internal memos/decks.
Preparation of complex financial models for analytical purposes to support the overall strategic planning process.
Who You Are!
Proven application of research skills, including macro, industry-specific, and regulatory analysis.
Proven practical application of exceptional financial modeling skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization to influence others towards strategic goals and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude towards complex tasks at hand.
Proficient user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Fair knowledge of corporate finance and/or lending principles is a plus (current or previous candidacy of CFA Level I or accredited credit course).
