The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for driving special projects while enhancing sales through data analysis and process optimization. The position involves spearheading cross-functional projects and delivering insights to improve strategic decision-making, ultimately contributing to business growth and operational excellence.


In this role, you will:


  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of special projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for growth; develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in forecasting sales trends and budgeting processes to support target setting and organizational planning.
  • Performance Metrics Development: Define and monitor KPIs for project and sales performance, ensuring continuous process improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks associated with projects or sales processes and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and alignment on sales and project objectives.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales trends, performance by product/region/sales rep, customer segmentation, and other key metrics. Identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create regular sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to sales management and other stakeholders. Present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement changes to streamline the sales cycle and increase efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by sales management to address specific business questions or challenges.
