Main Responsibilities



Co-design vaccines strategy for Egypt under the sponsorship of the head of vaccine and in partnership with the leadership team in the aim of delivering of short-term priorities while
preparing for the mid- & long-term strategy for Vaccines.
Plays a central role in the introduction of a new vaccination into local vaccination calendars and the national immunization program and its implementation, identifying solutions that meet Public Health needs in the field of vaccines preventable disease, in accordance with Sanofi’s policies, strategies, corporate values and code of ethics to be recognized a Public Health partner. Develop & drive strategy for partnering externally with government authorities/CMOs and key stakeholders to advance business priorities and protect public health. Lead, promotes and consolidates a constructive and transparent dialogue with key Healthcare Professionals dealing with vaccines preventable disease and the contact persons of the technical bodies responsible for vaccine reimbursement, procurement & localization process. Works closely with colleagues in Country Lead Functions, in order to maximize vaccine coverage and act as a partner with the Healthcare Professionals and technical bodies. Define and implement the strategic business plans for the accounts both private and public, in good alignment with the MCO and country strategy, considering competitive environment and local Public Health needs. Within the defined scope aligned with head of vaccine and resources assigned, acts entrepreneurially to increase vaccines coverage rates. Ability to work with agile mindset in a lean team size with capacity to build strong relationships within the working team and the external stakeholders Successfully embrace transformations (including cultural / new ways of working ) while delivering business results Engages in activities and campaigns leading to a favorable environment for Sanofi in vaccines arena across concerned channels, positioning Sanofi as a long-term partner in the country Give orientation to shape the countries vaccination schedule, and vaccines environment, in line with Public Health needs and company product offer. Map the relevant stakeholders (KDMs, KOLs), and design solutions and plans to achieve objectives (ex: new vaccine inclusion in NIP)
Provides strategic, tactical and operational support to initiatives supporting growth and innovation for Vaccines GBU. Shapes and drives Business Development projects to support Sanofi Vaccines roadmap, enhance portfolio and footprint and ramp up business Represent One Sanofi interests and ensure high compliance with Sanofi SOPs and local legislation and transversal coordination with other Sanofi GBUs.
Leading the transformation projects related to Vaccines go to market, or any future continuous improvement projects that may improve our business delivery Identifying opportunities for improvement of our ways or working, on digital, on go to market approach, designing our approach for change and implementing it with all involved stakeholders.

About you
Education Background: Advanced bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field Pharmaceutical Industry Understanding: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory environment, market dynamics and customer engagement Technical proficiency: 9+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field out of which 3-4 years of experience in Marketing and/or Project Management and/or Market access or public affairs and/or similar roles with strategic scope Experience in leading project teams involving different functions in a complex project is required. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Role model of PTW behaviours
Critical experiences and needed skills required to be successful in the role (detailed)
Experience in leading project teams involving different functions is highly preferable. Market Acumen : Understanding of the market, regulatory environment, competition and future trends, and good understanding of our value chain.
