Key Account Management


  1. Oversee and nurture relationships with high-value clients, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and implement account plans to meet growth targets and boost revenue.
  3. Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry trends to advocate for tailored solutions aligned with their goals.

End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership


  1. Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure and invoicing, coordinating with internal teams for timely proposals and contract delivery.
  2. Lead client negotiations, secure favorable terms, and ensure agreements meet both client expectations and company profitability goals.
  3. Manage the invoicing process, collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments, and resolve billing issues.

Strategic Planning and Business Development


  1. Develop and track comprehensive account plans outlining objectives, strategies, and actions for key accounts.
  2. Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and inform strategies.
  3. Proactively introduce additional LyRise services to clients, customizing proposals to demonstrate value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  1. Collaborate with Product Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Provide client feedback to refine products and services, and participate in roadmap discussions to represent client interests.
  3. Oversee client projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with scope and expectations.

Performance Management and Reporting


  1. Monitor key metrics on account growth, client satisfaction, and revenue targets to inform strategic adjustments.
  2. Prepare and present reports on account performance, pipeline status, and actionable insights to senior management.
  3. Maintain accurate account data to contribute to reliable revenue forecasting.

Relationship Building and Networking


  1. Build long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers, scheduling regular performance reviews and exploring new opportunities.
  2. Represent LyRise at industry events and conferences, expanding professional networks to identify potential partnerships.

Contract and Compliance Management


  1. Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  2. Proactively manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for expansion.
  3. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and changes.

Team Leadership and Mentorship


  1. Mentor Account Executives on managing complex accounts and share best practices to enhance team performance.
  2. Foster a collaborative sales environment to encourage knowledge sharing and innovative strategies.

Customer Success and Retention


  1. Monitor satisfaction levels, address client concerns promptly, and implement strategies to maintain strong relationships.
  2. Identify at-risk accounts and develop retention strategies with Customer Success teams to improve service delivery.

Continuous Improvement and Professional Development


  1. Identify inefficiencies in account management processes and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends, pursue relevant training, and earn certifications to advance skills and expertise.
