We are excited to launch our newest retail location at City Centre Alexandria and are seeking a passionate, fashion-forward Store Manager to lead this flagship presence in Egypt. Role OverviewAs the Store Manager, you will be the face of Zhivago in-store, responsible for leading the team, driving sales, and delivering a luxury customer experience that aligns with our brand’s Core. You’ll be instrumental in creating an atmosphere that reflects the energy, confidence, and artistry of Zhivago. Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Ensure the store reflects the brand’s image through impeccable visual merchandising and styling.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, staffing, and scheduling.
Drive business growth through clienteling, local outreach, and events.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in fashion or luxury.
Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and team management.
Passionate about fashion, trends, and the Zhivago aesthetic.
Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and drive results.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A customer-first mindset with a natural flair for styling and relationship building.
