Job Summary/ Main Purpose
Sr. Specialist - Warehouse is responsible of maintaining the warehouse areas by following the appropriate housekeeping procedures and managing warehouse operations for dispensing of products / orders.
Responsible for processing all incoming inventory, returns, and expiry and outgoing orders according to established warehouse guidelines. Taking inventory of all warehouses and ensuring product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during transfer.
Managing audit by authorities and ensure enforcing the quality standards.
Directly managing 3 workers and 2 sales delivery reps.
Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- Managing the whole inventory “2025 budget is EGP 0.5 billion”.
- Monitors different storage conditions and ensures that products are stored properly.
- Support in improving process, workplace environment, and reduce waste.
- Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication amongst workers.
- Arrange work, prepare duty shift & contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitor staff performance and function KPIs to ensure reaching objectives in the areas of cost, and compliance.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distributing operations.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Managing planned or sudden audit by EDA and other Egyptian authorities.
- Ensure compliance with EDA and other Egyptian authorities standards.
- Formulate SOPs and follow up implementation.
- Ensure the security measures of the warehouse are in place.
- Reports process/system non-conformities and suggest corrective/preventive actions for process improvements.
- Actively participate in all internal stock audits activities.
- Leads and supports any improvement plans initiated by the Department In-charge.
- Maintain an accurate record of all materials/products received and distributed.
- Document all store activities in the dedicated format.
- Sign for materials / products upon receipt and verify that the correct products have been received.
- Inspect any damage or discrepancy and report to line manager.

Qualifications / Key Experiences / Functional Knowledge Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy is a must by law.
- Good command in Arabic (communicating, writing and speaking) and fair in English.
- Knowledgeable of good documentation and recording.
- Understanding of warehouse management procedures and quality SOPs.
- Good knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
