Plan, coordinate, and deliver software projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead Agile/Scrum processes and mentor teams to improve delivery.
Track project progress and report on performance metrics, identifying risks and solutions proactively.
Manage communication between technical teams, and clients to ensure alignment.
Continuously improve project management processes for maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
3–5 years as a Project Manager in software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
