The Sr. Representative BI manages, maintaining and building reporting tools for performance management in a call center environment. You will create and maintain standard and client reporting to fulfill contractual reporting obligations and standard organizational reporting.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:
1. Automate reports from internal and client systems and distribute reports to relevant partners.
2. Build existing databases, reports and graphs to meet the reporting customers' needs
3. Add and enhance existing reporting solutions making report modifications
4. Identify main issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
5. Partner with business to communicate, coordinate the retrieval, processing and distribution of reports.
6. Reconcile databases and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Develop efficient performance reporting processes, databases and structure integrity
Standard Profile:
- 6 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience handling support requests from multiple different channels and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Experience documenting customer issues in detail.
