Job Description



EgyBell is hiring Sr. Operational Risk & Business Continuity Management Officer for a multinational financial organization.

Responsibilities :



- Support the implementation of the Business Continuity and Contingency Plan (BCCP), including governance for project teams when needed.
- Develop and implement risk controls for business continuity, crisis management, and operational risks.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for BCCP activities.
- Coordinate and supervise readiness tests, recommending improvements based on results.
- Report on BCCP capabilities and provide regular updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute BCM documentation, awareness materials, and training sessions.
- Act as secretary for the Emergency Management Committee (EMC) and Crisis Management Team (CMT), maintaining agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Support staff during contingency events and ensure the contact list is updated.
- Liaise with service providers for security, medical advisories, and contingency evaluations.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Facilities to align BCM strategies with operational needs.
- Evaluate security and medical threats, providing recommendations for activating contingency plans.
- Assist in maintaining and improving BCM programs, ensuring the integration of business processes and resources.
- Monitor and report BCM-related expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Perform other related duties as required by the role and management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proficient in speaking and writing English. 4- 6 years of Experience in the same field. Excellent Knowledge of data analytics tools. Solid knowledge of Business continuity, Risk Assessment & Crisis Management. Excellent knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity Certified Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) ISO 22301 Lead Implementer is essential. ISO 22301 Lead Auditor is essential. IT DR Implementer is essential. PMP certification is preferred. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer is preferred. ISO 27001 Lead Auditor is preferred. ISO 31000 Risk Manager is preferred.
