Minimum 7 years of experience in the service design of telecommunication products and services. Minimum 5 years of experience in Products and Services development cycle and processes. Minimum 5 years of experience as a PM. Experience in people management. Knowledge in the Marketing of telecommunications products and services. Knowledge of the GSM architecture and network components. Expertise in OEG systems, platforms and architecture. Knowledge of the telecom sector in general and in Egyptian market. Experience in a highly flexible and challenging environment including short lead times and constant change of direction. Ability to simplify complex issues and present them in understandable language. Ability to transfer knowledge Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment. Ability to work under stress Ability to lead, motivate and drive people Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong leadership and effective project management skills. Strong writing and presentation skills. Good planning and organizational background. Good negotiations skills. Good coordination and follow up skills. Good financial and budgeting skills. Fluent in English both spoken and written. Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
