Job Description



Egybell is hiring a Compliance Officer for a leading Insurance company located in Mohandeseen.

Job Summary:



The Compliance Officer is expected to administer compliance duties all in favor of ensuring work in the company is within the framework of the regulation and help the company accomplish its objectives by applying a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management.

Responsibilities:



Managing day-to-day operations of the compliance program. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards through Ensuring correct implementation of regulatory requirements and procedures. Assisting in finding and implementing the optimum solutions for non-compliant activities and procedures. Communicating and coordinating with other departments regarding operational risks, quality indicators, controls, PS, BCP and AML. Revising policies procedures and systems for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Ensuring that internal policies and procedures are up to date. Evaluating the integrity and reliability of information on the reports. Leading internal audits of procedures and on reported controls. Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to the concerned parties as required. Reporting the findings and advise management on further developments and process improvements. Implementing quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. Writing organizational and management reports. Working with the related departments when needed to create awareness programs among employees. Being aware of the department’s procedures and using its instructions to match the quality standards. Performing all tasks requested.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field. 3-5 years of professional work experience in the same position. Experience in the banking/insurance/financial sector. Excellent English level.
