The Purpose of the Role
Responsible for the project coordination activities
on site for ELV systems in accordance with the project specifications and time
frame, engineering, consultant, and project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop detailed technical plans and designs for ELV systems including ICT and Security, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments of project sites to identify technical specifications, system configurations, and integration requirements.
- Oversee the integration and configuration ELV systems, coordinating activities among technical teams to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Develop and implement system testing, verification, and validation to guarantee optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, troubleshooting complex issues and providing solutions to technical challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and audits to identify discrepancies, deviations, or non-compliance issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including system designs, configurations, test plans, and as-built drawings.
- Generate detailed technical reports and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, technical issues, and risks.
- Identify potential technical risks and vulnerabilities associated with project activities, developing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address technical issues, escalations, and change requests in a timely and effective manner.

You Must Have:
- Degree in an Engineering discipline; Electrical or Communications.
- 5-8 years of experience in ELV, ICT and BMS.
- Extensive experience in technical coordination or project management within the BMS, security, or ELV industry
- Rigid knowledge integration and communication protocols.
- Remarkable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Rigid experience of handling CAD drawings and ability to analyze technical details of system drawings and schematics, with advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical symbols.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing ELV systems and ICT.
- Experience and understanding of Honeywell products and software is a plus.
- Ability to travel for short and long-time assignments
