Sr. Collections Manager



We have an opportunity for a Sr. Collections Manager to join us at Honeywell in CAIRO, EGY. To be successful in this role, you need to have 7+ years of management experience in Collections, Customer Care or related.

You would be responsible for providing direction to the Collections team where you would ensure all customers receive all account statements and information needed for the timely payment of their invoices to Honeywell in conformity with the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements. You would be responsible to manage, coach, and mentor individuals that perform more complex work.

Key Responsibilities:



Support Global Credit Director with regional/global initiatives and reporting Setting collections goals and targets for the department Creating and implementing a strategy to improve collections Keep a forecast vs actuals pulse and reporting throughout the month Implementing collection policies and procedures Lead engagement with different Audit and Internal Controls teams Present results and escalate important topics to different stakeholders; CFOs, Sales Manage personnel development for the entire Collections team to ensure continuous training and improvement Collaborate with the Corp Transformation team for automation & process improvement

Key Skills and Qualifications:



7+ years of management experience in Collections, Customer Care or related Be proficient in English to engage in high-stake negotiation calls and presentations Proven negotiation skills Excellent presentation skills Have experience managing teams of 20+ members

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Significant operational business experience. Excellent communication and influencing skills Self-motivated, driving business initiatives. Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations . Conveys information with clarity and directness.
