We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET and NodeJS, and a strong understanding of backend systems and architecture. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure that powers our digital banking platform.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using .NET and NodeJS.
Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our backend systems remain current and efficient.
Participate in architectural discussions and decisions to ensure optimal solutions are implemented.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the development team.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development. Extensive experience with .NET and NodeJS. Strong understanding of backend architecture and design principles. Proficiency in database management and design (SQL, NoSQL). Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.). Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the fintech or financial services sector is a plus.
