As a rider acquisition specialist in talabat, you will have the chance to grow our freelancer's project in different business areas and understand the core strategies underlying logistics, operations, marketing, problem-solving, and analysis. You will be responsible for handling the future of our business which is our freelancers and their onboarding side. The rider acquisition specialist will mainly be handling key day-to-day activities that will assist us to grow the freelancers' share and ensure the quality of onboarding performance, and the quality of the freelancers' supply.
What’s On Your Plate?
Maintaining day-to-day records of supply growth, performance, and quality with regular analysis and reporting of findings.
Freelancers recruitment through different channels.
Troubleshooting supply problems, analyses, and reporting of the issues, solving, and assisting in the implementation of solutions.
Daily potential freelancers contact to follow up on the onboarding process.
Be the owner of the top city-level KPIs for city mobility of people and mobility of things. Responsible for managing the city supply trends, reliability, fulfillment, completion, and retention, etc.
Coordinate internally with operations/marketing teams to develop acquisition channels for the smooth and efficient functioning of the same.
Plan supply requirements in advance and manage fleet trends.
Manage rider retention and reactivation to achieve supply requirements.
Run campaigns to fulfill our FL's pipeline & analysis for these campaigns.
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or any other related field
2-4 years of experience in operations, talent hunting, or marketing
